Joe Frank on MTV?

I was watching MTV the other day (don't ask) and along came a commercial for MTV with a voiceover that sounded a lot like Joe and subject matter that was right up his alley. Can anyone confirm this audible sighting?

    i saw the commercial a few days ago, and it did sound like joe but something tels me it might be someone trying to sound like him. i don't know. the voice WAS very similar. i was channel surfing and it was the voice that made me come to a screeching halt!

      to me not only does the voice sound like Joe but the subject matter is right up his alley. I did a quick search and found some suggestions that it might be a Baldwin. This wouldn't be the first time one of them had me thinking they were Joe. I think there is a Saab commercial that had me guessing for a second.
